ZAFAT in the UK is an adherent of the Tijani Sufi Order. A branch of Ahabab Faedotul Awwaliyyah Tijaniyyah Foundation headquartered in Nigeria.
ZAFAT was founded in the United Kingdom in 2007 by Barrister (Sayyidah) Hamdalah Bello (RTA) under the guidance and spiritual leadership of the erudite and prominent Sheikh Mukadam Muhammad Awwal Ayinla Otolorin Ibn Abdullah (RTA), carried forward with the support of his son Sheikh Aliu Cisse Olasunkanmi Muhammad Awwal (RTA).
Dr (Sheikh) Ishaq Oladimeji Muhammad Awwal (Lawal) RTA is the current Khalifah Akbar who oversees the activities of all Zawayah of Sheikh Mukadam Muhammad Awwal RTA worldwide including the ZAFAT activities and in togetherness we continue to positively impact lives home and abroad.
ZAFAT now has branches accross the UK, Portugal, Dublin, Egypt, USA, Lagos and Abuja.
In harnessing giving back to the community, ZAFAT organises Sisters' Forum to cushion supports for the girls and women as well as the formation of the Awliyah Islamic Academy which enables ZAFAT to facilitate learning and development for both adults and children far and near.
Tijaniyyah Doctrine – Call to the path of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) by Shaykh Ahmad Tijani (RA). This call enjoins the Muslims to hearken to the path of the Prophet (SAW) by holding strongly to three articles, without which the Islamic practices can never be properly established.
Zafat Mission Statement
Zafat aims at inspiring the human race on Sufism, offering basic welfare support and counselling to widows singles/lone parents, and families while making an individual a better person and the world a better place to live in.

Propagating Islam and Sufism. To bridge over the gap between all races and communities, regardless of colour, ethnicity, religious background, and orientation; making this world a conducive habitat to people within our reach and within our means.

ISTIGHFAR
(Seeking forgiveness of Allah)
Allah Commands in the Qur'an 110:3:
فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَٱسْتَغْفِرْهُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ تَوَّابًۢا
“And seek for His forgiveness for He is always forgiving.”

SALAT-`ALA-NABIYY
(Offering prayers on the Prophet)
Allah says in the Qur'an 33:56:
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلَـٰٓئِكَتَهُۥ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّ ۚ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ صَلُّوا۟ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا۟ تَسْلِيمًا
“Verily Allah and His angels are sending blessings on the Prophet, Oh you believers, send salats on him and salutations with all respect.”
